Here’s What Happened To Rob Kardashian Because Of His Revenge Porn Attack On Blac Chyna

Last week, Rob Kardashian posted revenge porn of his ex Blac Chyna, who he shares 8-month-old daughter Dream with. In a series of Instagram posts and tweets, Kardashian accused Chyna of cheating, drug use and only starting their relationship as revenge.

(Quick background: Chyna also has a son, King Cairo, with rapper Tyga. Tyga had an on-and-off-again relationship with Kardashian’s half-sister, Kylie Jenner. Kardashian claims Chyna got with him as a way of getting back at Tyga for leaving Chyna for Kylie.)

In one of his Instagram posts, Kardashian posted an explicit picture of Blac Chyna. In another, he posted a video of her kissing another man. After posting the explicit picture, Kardashian’s Instagram account disappeared. Of course, many people had expected as much and screenshotted the posts. Kardashian then moved to Twitter to continue his ranting.

Yesterday, Blac Chyna “was granted a temporary restraining order barring Rob Kardashian from coming near her or posting about her online”, according to CNN.

Chyna’s attorney, Lisa Bloom, said what Kardashian posted was revenge porn. Revenge porn is defined as “sexually explicit images of a person posted online without that person’s consent especially as a form of revenge or harassment”, according to Merriam-Webster. Revenge porn is a crime in some states, including California, where Kardashian and Chyna live.

Kardashian did not appear in court but his attorney said he will comply with the conditions of the restraining order.

On Good Morning America, Chyna said the event had left her feeling “betrayed”. And to anyone who believes Kardashian’s actions were justified because Chyna is known for her barely-there outfits, her attorney Lisa Bloom has one thing to say.

“Any explicit photos that she may have chosen to post in the past that’s her choice,” Bloom said. “This is like saying that a woman can’t be raped if she previously chose to have sex with someone. It’s her body, it’s her choice, each and every time.”
