I travel quite often and while traveling can be super enjoyable, it can also be achingly stressful, it’s your call.

Entering and surviving your early 20s can be both the most treasured years in your life, yet the most challenging.

The best experience in my life happened when I was a junior in college at Loyola University Chicago. I studied, went to school and volunteered abroad in a place called Vietnam. It was an every-day, learning adventure that I am so grateful for.

The ones that aren’t played on the radio once every twelve minutes, the ones you don’t share with your friends and the ones I hope you’d Shazam if you heard it for the first time.
