I need to revamp my mental dialogue. I need to identify when I am doubting myself and make an effort to quit. I need to be kind to myself.
I know that right now, in the middle of all that hurt and anger, it is hard to see through it. But I have good news for you, friend. The Lord woke you up this morning, so He’s not done with you.
When you stop playing into the toxic cycle by not responding, it allows you to move on with life. It allows you to gain power in a toxic situation.
