13) Chill out, sometimes.

Life will seemingly come crashing down on you more than once. But that’s alright, that’s life. Instead of doing what I have done in the past and overly freak out about small issues in life that are out of my control anyways, just breathe, chill out, and relax. I’ve learned that my energy is too important to me to waste it on problems that are only temporary.

14) Don’t be a hater.

Nobody likes a hater. So refrain from crashing other people’s day and hand out a hug, or a smile, or nothing at all. Just don’t be a hater. As long as no harm is being generated, why hate on someone or something?
